摘要
The coupling of broadband Terahertz pulses into metal-metal terahertz quantum cascade lasers is presented. A characterization of Terahertz transient generation on the subwavelength quantum cascade laser facet is investigated. The coupling inbetween two separate cavities is studied and modulation experiments were performed.
