摘要：
Time delays affect the behavior of a dynamic system significantly. Chaos have been found in a simplest neural network system consisted with even one neuron. It is known difficult to analyze chaos theoretically in a neural network system with uncertain time delays. In this paper we consider a neural network consisted with one neuron with uncertain time delays. Stability of the system is analyzed first. Chaos phenomenon of the system is then illustrated by giving the diagram of bifurcation and the largest Lyapunov exponent.
