Study on reversed microemulsion and reversed micelle in catanionic surfactant system

摘要
The solubilization of water in undecenoic acid - decyl amine/decane system has been investigated. A uniform and transparent liquid phase (L-2, reversed micellar phase or reversed microemulsion) can be formed in a range of composition. The increase of temperature or addition of acid or alkali or salt enlarged the L-2 area in phase diagram. Addition of ionic surfactants, especially anionic surfactants, into the catanionic surfactant systems has similar effect.
