摘要：

This paper analyses the meaning of knowledge map for knowledge sharing in consulting industry. The author also proposes method of construction, including knowledge collection, knowledge audit, knowledge partition, knowledge association, knowledge map construction & representation, and knowledge map evaluation, maintenance & updating. In addition, the main constructions of knowledge map for consulting industry are pointed out. They are knowledge map of departments, knowledge map of projects, and knowledge map of business.
