摘要
Studying the allocation of S & T resources is very important to take full advantage of those limited S & T resources and exert their best efficiency. The paper establishes a system of indexes to evaluate regional S & T resources allocation and evaluates relative validity of S & T resources allocation of 30 regions by using data envelopment analysis (DEA), furthermoreit analyzes the evaluating results by using the parameters of DEA models.
