摘要：
Statistical process control is the use of quality characteristics, control charts and other statistical techniques to analyze the process and results, so the method has become an ideal tool for airline companies to solve and control the quality of logistics operations. According to the problems and weak aspects in the management of the operation quality, the paper explains the theory of statistical process control and discusses how to apply it to the civil aviation logistics operation management. The application research of this paper has practical significance to play the role of SPC in civil aviation logistics quality management.
