摘要：

College students' science and technology innovation base is built, in order to better cultivate the innovative entrepreneurial talents. Talents training target is achieved, relying on innovation base. This paper elaborated the innovation base composition, management and operation mode. Base on the role in the study of new innovative entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode has been summed up, has the training effect also.
