UNIANDES ONLINE TUTOR COMPETENCIES AND DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER COGNITIVE SKILLS IN LAW STUDENTS

摘要
This article aims to analyze the competences of the UNIANDES online tutor and the development of higher cognitive abilities in law students. Positivist, quantitative approach. Type of associative research, non-experimental design, field transectional. Population represented by 21 online tutors and 400 participants. Observation technique by survey, two online instruments, scale type, Likert, submitted to the validity of five experts; reliability by Cronbach's alpha. Among the results, it is evident that the UNIANDES online tutors have developed technological skills and medium tutorials and the students have the superior cognitive ability of critical thinking, as the most developed and it is concluded that there is no association between the variables.
