摘要
La production et l'approvisionnement des materiaux de construction jouent un role important dans la livraison d'installations construites, particulierement dans les usines a beton et a bitume. La chaine d'approvisionnement des materiaux de construction (p. ex. le beton) represente un defi unique, mais elle represente un facteur cle de la livraison reussie des installations. Le present article traite du developpement et de l'utilisation de l'approche de planification des agregats bases sur la simulation qui facilite la modelisation et la coordination de la chaine d'approvisionnement d'une usine. L'outil est utilise dans un cas reel d'operations de production de bitume dans lesquelles une demande fluctuante affecte le niveau de service de l'usine de production et complique la planification de la production et les processus d'inventaire. Le modele quantifie les effets des differents parametres d'une usine a bitume quant a son niveau de service et aide a trouver les meilleures configurations pour les processus de production, d'inventaire et de distribution.
