摘要
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important part of the corporate management as the advanced management conception that always embodies the consideration or reflection on the CSR. In view of the CSR, the nature and research development on the SA8000, and by analyzing the current management of a hotel's social accountability for its employees, the authors put forward proposals in four major aspects as the safeguard of human rights, labor guarantee, employee's training and the management system, etc., and meanwhile impresses on the academics to attach importance to the research of the social accountability in tourism with a view to laying a good theoretical foundation for better development of the Chinese hotel sector.
