摘要
We consider the generation of IR radiation during the interaction of a high-power ultrashort laser pulse with a gas jet using numerical simulation by the particle-in-cell method. The laser pulse parameters correspond to the capabilities of the PEARL sub-petawatt laser facility in Nizhny Novgorod (Russia) when using the compression after compressor approach (CafCA). It is demonstrated that about 1 % of the energy can be converted into radiation in the wavelength range of 5 - 10 mu m.
