The impact of the NLEA on the use of ''light,'' ''natural,'' and other key words in food advertisements

摘要：
This article reviews some of the provisions of the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act as they might affect advertising. It then presents results of a content analysis of print ads for foods before and after the Act took effect. These results indicate that there have been changes in food ads that may be attributed to the Act.
