Biomimetic synthesis of a conducting polyaniline with iron(II) tetrasulfophthalocyanine

摘要
Iron(II) tetrasulfophthalocyanine (FeTSPc) as the mimetic enzyme of peroxidase was used to catalyze the synthesis of a conducting polyaniline (PANI)/lignosulfonate (LGS) complex in the presence of LGS template system. The effects of pH, concentrations of aniline, LGS and H2O2, and reaction time on the polymerization reaction of aniline catalyzed by FeTSPc were studied. The results show that the polymerization of aniline was strongly pH-dependent in this case. A wider range of low pH (1.0 similar to 4.0) was required to produce the conducting PANT and the optimal pH value was 1.5. UV-Vis absorption, elemental analysis, FTIR, cyclic voltammetry, conductivity, and thermogravimetric analysis studies for the characters of PANI/LGS complex indicated the thermally stable and reversible electroactive form of the PANI/LGS complex.
