摘要
The paper is focusing on analyzing public satisfaction with basic public services in Chengdu, including overall development trend of satisfaction, variances among circle levels(there are three circle levels from downtown area to the suburb area of Chengdu), satisfaction degrees of multiple fields, GDP growth and leverage indicators of satisfaction; furthermore, this paper has compared public satisfaction about basic public services in Chengdu with those in other cities while doing in-depth analyzing on public satisfaction with basic public services in Chengdu with statistical data. In addition, the author has probed into advantages and drawbacks of basic public services and proposed with feasible ideas and suggestions so as to improve quality and level of basic public services in Chengdu and provide reference for other cities on how to improve basic public services.
