摘要
A convenient approach for the preparation of (4R,5R)-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-2-isopropyl- 1,3-dioxolane is described. The target compound via two steps is synthesized from diethyl-2,3-0-isobutylidene-D-tartrate, through ammonolysis and reduction. (C) 2007 De Cai Wang.
