摘要
The importance of high relaxation oscillation frequency to obtain superior 106-Gb/s PAM-4 waveforms was revealed for SR-LBH lasers. In addition, clear 56-Gb/s NRZ eye openings were first demonstrated up to 85 degrees C using SR-LBH laser. (C) 2020 The Authors
