摘要
The concept of organizational sustainability is a trending interest in both industry and academia. As with innovation, the business environment is still not well adapted to adopt these concepts. This paper focuses on developing a theoretical business model for organizational sustainability that takes into consideration the environmental, economic, and social issues. An exploratory study was designed for a case study from the Egyptian chemical industry to recognize the relation between innovation and organizational sustainability, and thee willingness to adopt these concepts. The findings of the study provide insights and suggestions for the organization to implement innovation and organizational sustainability. (C) 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
