A comprehensive evaluation method based on the realization level of the criteria

摘要
From some phenomena of comprehensive evaluation in practice, this paper introduces the concept of "average of P power" and establishes a new method to determine the weight of criteria based on realization level. In this way, the behavior mode of people in these comprehensive evaluations is described effectively. In application of this method, this paper also presents a demonstration to evaluate the information system investment projects.
