Technological Innovation Ability Assessment With AHP and Fuzzy Evaluation Theory

摘要
In this paper, an index system for evaluation of technological innovation ability is firstly constructed. Innovation Management, R&D Input, Innovation Products, Financial Performance, Industry and Macroeconomic Environment and so on are included in the system. The weights of the indices in the system are determined based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Using fuzzy evaluation theory, the method for technological innovation ability assessment is discussed and a comprehensive evaluation score is defined. A program called FUZZYASS to calculate the evaluation score is developed using MATLAB. Finally, the technological innovation ability assessment for the examined five medium-small high-tech enterprises is implemented.
