摘要
The effect of variable viscosity on free or mixed convection boundary-layer flow over horizontal surface with power-law variation of the surface heat flux was studied. It was assumed that the viscosity of the fluid is an inverse linear function of temperature. The limiting cases of free and forced convection were also studied. The differential equations governing the flow were solved numerically using the Keller box method. The results were obtained for various values of the parameters.
