摘要
Risk evaluation and decision support is an important part of new product development. In order to improve reliability and scientificalness, this paper presents a decision support system of new product development risk based on neural network and method of principal component analysis. An evaluation index system of new product development risk is established, which is optimized and reduced by method of principal component analysis. Then a risk forecast model based on BP neural network is put up. Combined with the actual demands of enterprise, training and simulating of the model are studied. Results show that the BP neural network model is effective, it can give a scientific evaluation and support about product development risk.
