Introduction to the special issue 'The political consequences of inequality'

The special issue of Structural Change and Economic Dynamics on 'The political consequences of inequality' introduces an interdisciplinary perspective on the drivers and effects of divides in incomes and wealth, with contributions from economists, sociologists and political scientists. The focus of the articles is on Europe and the United States, with quantitative and qualitative investigations, comparative analyses and specific studies on country cases.
