摘要
Component mode synthesis (CMS) is a well-established technique for the vibration analysis of coupled structures. The governing equations of motion for each substructure are transformed into the modal space and coupled via appropriate elements or constraints. The paper proposes two methodological improvements in the implementation of CMS methods concerning the coupling via general constraints (e.g. rigid connections) and the inclusion of rigid body modes in state-space models.
