摘要
Physiotherapeutic methods are part of remedial rehabilitation. They can be used to improve the quality of the musculoskeletal apparatus, thus affecting pain, reducing muscle fatigue and improving the quality of movement stereotypes. Painful conditions of the musculoskeletal apparatus, especially back pain, are currently a civilization disease and one of the most widespread health complaints. This situation is ascribed to lack of movement, excessive body overload and unsuitable movement stereotypes that are formed already in childhood. The result is the development of functional stereotypes of the system that lead to incorrect body posture, fixation of wrong movement stereotypes and, in the long term, the development of morphological changes. A possible solution is the suitable application of compensation exercises. A new trend in teaching physical education and remedial physical education is the use of physiotherapeutic methods (e.g. Klapp ' s climbing, Brunkow exercise, Mojzisova exercise, acral coactivation therapy, foam ball facilitation). Following on this trend, the acquisition of new knowledge and skills and the designing of exercise regimes using elements of physiotherapeutic methods are incorporated into the courses for students of physical education and sport so that they can use them in their future teaching practice.
