摘要：
Under the background of the rapid development of the BRICS, this article research the alternative of Long-term capital and Short-term capital from the difference of returns, then explore the conduction mechanism between the international capital flow and the twin crisis, which is helpful for making safe and effective finance policy to the BRICS.
