摘要
The features of application of radiation-sensitive media based on chalcogenide glasses of As-Ge-S system for registration of high-energy gamma-radiation are analysed. It is shown that compositional features of the observed time-instability effect should be taken into account in order to ensure a higher accuracy of the developed dosimeters. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ltd.
