摘要
The main purpose of this paper is to emphasize the power of technology to shape the customer life but also how the business uncovers new and different actionable insights based on the large volume of data. It is more difficult to be able to differentiate in the nowadays competitive environment and every company faces the same challenge because of the increased volume of data and in the same time the expectation of continually improve and personalize customer experiences. Technology has advanced with years and it becomes easier to search, copy, share and analyze a huge amount of information coming from both traditional research or new sources of information as social media data or sensor data.
