摘要：
New Product Introduction (NPI) is critical for the success of semiconductor and other industrial companies. Multiple risks are involved that span from integrated circuit design to actual reliability of product used by consumers. Risk management is integrated with project management to control schedule, scope and cost concerns that effect project success. This presentation will discuss how risk management is used in the NPI process starting with risk identification, quantification, response development and control.
