摘要：
Bei etwa 20 bis 30% der nach einer Strahlentherapie auftretenden Prostatakarzinomrezidive handelt es sich um lokale Prozesse ohne begleitende Fernmetastasierung. Diese Patienten eignen sich fur eine lokale Salvage-Therapie. Welche Behandlungsoption hier optimalerweise gewahlt werden sollte, ist allerdings unklar. Belgische Wissenschaftler haben sich mit dieser Thematik im Rahmen einer retrospektiven Studie beschaftigt.
