摘要：

The article considers the results of clustering i.e. the process of partitioning objects into classes, in the present case, of protocol V.34 modems, Clustering is carried out according to such parameters as the rate of transmission and delay of information transmitted to and fro, Based on the results that are obtained, it is possible to explain those components of modems that, in the present case, partition modems into groups and, thereby, determine a corresponding grade of the performance of modems.
