摘要：

The aim of the study which is based on the analysis of students' short-term migration during their university studies is to analyze their labour migration after graduating. Reasons and rate of labour migration significantly influence students' future decision to migrate due to work possibilities and their preparation for future profession. As a result, the study identifies single steps of their decision-making process and characterizes the impacts of labour migration on the country of their origin, destination and the person him/herself. It, moreover, answers the questions dealing with time range of migration, reasons for re-migration, settling down in the destination country and integration in the new home.
