Empirical study on company innovation capability based on organizational learning

摘要
At first, this paper reviewed recent empirical study on innovation capability and organizational learning. Many researchers approve the influence of knowledge management and organizational learning on organizational performance. But these researchers studying on organizational learning or knowledge management rarely involve influencing interior factors, and treat it as black box. However these factors directly restrict the effect of organizational learning, and impact on their performance. Therefore, cause of innovation capability will be unveiled by studying on these factors. We propose that organizational learning serve improving organizational innovation capability and performance by reviewing study on organizational learning and innovation. We must research the relationship of organizational learning and performance if we desire to improve organizational innovation capability. So we employ Knowledge Fermenting Model of organizational learning as a mean of analyzing innovation capability. Knowledge Fermenting Model is composed of knowledge bacterial strain, knowledge body knowledge enzyme (organization and coordination), knowledge environment, fermenting tools, and knowledge fermenting bar They are divided into disparate indexes. According to these indexes, we investigated 33 companies by which we researched the relationship of knowledge fermenting and innovation capability. We applied SPSS to Data analysis and researching on the relativity of these indexes and innovation capability. On the basis of our investigating, we find that the companies which are high-level innovation are better effect of knowledge fermenting, and low level ones are worse. We conclude that there is the positive correlation between knowledge fermenting and innovation capability.
