摘要：

Larvae collected from brackish water of a small bay of the island Branskar near Tvarminnae Biological Stations, Finland were studied. Cytotaxonomy including larval external morphology and detailed analysis of the band sequences of salivary gland chromosomes allow us to consider this material as Chironomus annularius sensu Strenzke 1959. The chromosome set is 2n = 8 with chromosome arm combinations AB CD EF G (thummi cytocomplex). The band sequences of the salivary gland chromosomes markers of the species were presented. Inherited and new somatic structural and functional alterations were established and their appearance was discussed.
