摘要
In V2V (Vehicle to Vehicle) communication environments, existence of vehicles in the surrounding area influences the propagation characteristics since propagation paths suffer from blocking by the vehicles. It is therefore important to consider the effect in analysis of propagation characteristics in the environment. In this paper, we propose a simple method to calculate the propagation loss considering blocking vehicles in V2V communication environments. The method is based on the blocking ratio of the first Fresnel zone. We evaluate the accuracy of the calculation by showing the difference from those calculated using UTD (Uniform Theory of Diffraction).
