Performance of a beamline with a pair of bent conical mirrors

摘要
A XAFS beamline that uses a pair of bent conical mirrors for collimation and focusing has been constructed. A double crystal monochromator is placed between the two mirrors and a pair of higher order elimination mirrors is placed after the focusing mirror. Owing to the collimation of white X-rays, both high energy resolution and high flux is realized at a time even using X-rays from a bending magnet. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
