摘要：

The present article revealed the concept of value in the Georges Gurvitch's legal philosophy. The author analyzed, how Gurvitch realizes the delimitation of the classical theory of values (area of a priori and empirical area). Then in the paper defined the Gurvitch's principles of critique of axiology of Baden School ofNeo-Kantian philosophy and also detected how Gurvitch takes phenomenological notions. Eventually proved, that law in Gurvitch's legal philosophy is the scope of interaction of area of a priori and empirical area, and this thesis was derived from the specifics of interpretation of a priori.
