Discussion on Social Service Functions of Local Colleges and Universities

The paper focuses on discussing the results of social service functions of local colleges and universities. Regarding the research on the approaches on which the local colleges and universities fulfill the social service functions and the problems existing in playing a role in social service functions, the paper proposes suggestions on strengthening the construction of colleges and universities and finds a series of solutions to political, economic and cultural areas of social services of the local regular colleges and universities, to forms of personnel trainings, scientific and technological services, information service and cultural service and to the problems existing in the social services of the domestic local regular colleges and universities, with the anticipation to give play to the social service functions of local colleges and universities to the largest extent.
