By introducing the family nature and enterprise nature of family business, family business should allocate interest and control emotion of family through the system. The strategy can make the business develop speedily, the system making it develop smoothly, the culture conception making it develop extendedly. Fractal theory is introduced to distinguish the business management from different cultures.
