摘要
The size and shape of the powder particles, structure and phase composition of the final products of solid state reactions under mechanical alloying of the Fe and C powder mixtures in a planetary ball mill have been determined by the methods of the X-ray diffraction, Mossbauer and Auger spectroscopy. The stability of the phases under isochronous annealing in the temperature range from 200 to 800 degreesC has been studied.
