摘要：
The significance of E-government construction lies in obtains public's approval, and solves the actual problem for the public. Therefore, we use the foothold of the public degree of satisfaction to appraise E-government will be more objective, more scientific. This article constructed the public satisfaction index system of e-government based on the characteristics of e-government, and carried on the example analysis with fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation's method.
