The influence of family education environment on the ideological and political education of students

Students are the hope of a nation and future of a country. Since the country was founded, the Chinese nation always aim to strengthen the ideological and political education of students and train them to become qualified socialist successors. Globalization accelerated and increased the frequency of communication among countries. This development introduced various ideas from Western countries into China, which influenced the younger Chinese generation. Family education environment has a basic and long-term influence on people. The educational ideas of parents and status of family life changes with the improvement of economic level. Similarly, personal interests, economic composition, and lifestyles become increasingly diverse, and the educational concepts of parents change with changes in social attitudes. This study discusses the influence of family education on the ideological and political education of students. The influence of family environment on the ideological and political education of students was also analyzed to optimize the family education environment and establish the foundation of ideological and political education for students.
