摘要
The purpose of this study is to design and fabricate a small subsonic wind tunnel that can produce a free stream velocity of up to 14.5m/s. The size of the test section was 0.25m x 0.24m x 0.5m. A velocity profile test was done at different parts of the test section (at 14.5 cm, 25cm, and 35.5cm) which yields a small variation of wind speed between the different parts of the test section. This shows that the produced wind is reasonably uniform. The wind tunnel was made for aerodynamic performance testing of an object at a subsonic speed.
