摘要：
The article is devoted to the political discourse of the Russian Federation in relation to the role of China in the strategy of "Turning Russia to the East". The author assesses the effectiveness of "information and explanatory work", which allows informing the population of both countries about the causes and goals of national foreign policy and cooperation. The author comes to the conclusion that China's foreign policy concepts have a significant constructive influence on Russia's position, as a result of which the Russian Federation has "changed for the better" its attitude towards the "Eastern neighbor".
