摘要
The allelic distribution of 15 short tandem repeat (STR) loci included in the AmpF1 STO (R) Identifiler (TM) kit was examined in 100 Changdu Tibetan and 118 Naqu Tibetan unrelated individuals living in the Tibet Province, PR China. The distribution of these observed genotypes was not significantly different from the expected distribution according to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
