摘要：
Fluorinated ss-amino acids and their derivatives with specific bioactivities have been attracting great attention. This review briefly summarized the recent development in the methodologies for the synthesis of biologically important fluorinated ss-amino acids and their derivatives with classification by the ways of the direct and indirect fluorination respectively.
