摘要
Flight Operational Quality Assurance, FOQA, is a system that collects and analyses daily flight data and is used to improve the handling qualities of flight crew and to provide data and information support for risk management. The current analyses restrict to the appearance characteristics and the statistics are independent of each, so it lacks of in-depth, systematic mining and application to FOQA. It also lacks of dynamical statistics with historical data, and can't estimate and warn possible future events. For questions raised above, temporal geography information system (T-GIS) can provide a good solution for us. Our paper presents a novel approach for FOQA. This approach takes advantage of the characteristics of T-GIS to deeply mine flight data, and establish temporal data management and analysis model to assess and predict flight safety risk. It may greatly enhance the scientific quality and accuracy of FOQA.
