Analysis and innovation designation on policy mechanism in the development of private economy for western regional nationality

With further reform and open policy, as well as socialist market-oriented economy, the rising private economy injects fresh energy into China economic development. The current government and its policies play an important role to guide and escort the private economy development. Due to special geographic conduction and the state of human resources in western region of China, there are distinct differences between western region and its nationality and developed regions as in the eastern part of China in many aspects such as economic basis, market mechanism, industrial structure and investment environment. Therefore, developing privately-owned sector in western areas is bound to have its own special condition. This paper analyzes "policy in predicament" at present on privately-owned economic development in western region and then put forward appropriate mechanism and suggestions.
