摘要：

The cooperation between China North-east and Russian Far East Area is the important part of bilateral strategic cooperative relationship, in recent years, the cooperation in resources, international trade and tourism and technologies had got achievements and existed some problems. To evaluate the cooperative status of these two areas and afford some countermeasures is very important for deeper cooperation in some industries between these two areas.
