Life and reliability evaluation of tuner by Constant-Stress Accelerated Degradation Testing method

摘要
The tuner is a kind of microwave electronical assembly with long-life and highly-reliable characteristics. In order to evaluate the life and reliability of tuner, the Constant-Stress Accelerated Degradation Testing (CSADT) is applied by varying temperature. The principal component analysis method is utilized to analyse the tuner degradation data of multiple performance parameters. Then, the drift Brownian motion is used in describing the degradation process of the principal component. After fitting the model by maximum likelihood estimation, the life and reliability of the tuner under operational temperature is obtained.
