摘要：
Construction activities are uncertain, dynamic and associate with complex risks. How to fairly share risks among project participants and reduce total risks are vital problems for risk managers. The major objective of this paper is to put forward a quantitative model of sharing risks based on game theory. Using the model, the better risk allocation principle expect to be established. Firstly The paper presented a risk utility assessment model with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then the payoff function of the game was established. The Nash equilibrium of the game was obtained with the classical game theory based on the payoff function finally.
